Citrus Road Runners operates in and around Citrus County in North Central Florida.

We organize about ten races annually and, in addition, we assist other running clubs, schools, and organizations in the planning and execution of, and, particularly, with the time keeping of road races and cross country events.

We know that almost all runners practice good finish line etiquette, but what about the few, who, through ignorance or indifference, create problems in connection with the speedy and accurate scoring of the race's results?

If you observe a runner who may be a potential problem, politely let him know about the following guidelines:

• Please attach your bib to the front of your clothing!

• Please allow your tear strip to be collected after you cross the finish line!

• Please don't pass other runners in the chute!

• If you didn't register, please don't enter the chute! If, however, you do enter the chute, please inform the officials so that they can put a dummy tear strip on the spindle!
