Citrus Springs is located in Northern Citrus County, not far from Dunnellon in Marion County.

Clearwater/St.Petersburg

Take U.S. 19 North at least as far as Homosassa Springs in Citrus County.
Take a right on Grover Cleveland Blvd. and stay on it until it dead ends, where you take a left on C.R 491. Go through Lecanto and Beverly Hills to Holder where you take a left (North) on U.S. 41 to Citrus Springs. Citrus Springs Boulevard South is on the left just a mile North of Holder and there's no need to go to the main entrance of Citrus Springs which is located a few miles North.

There's also a shortcut right after crossing Grover Cleveland Blvd. The road, which is County Road 490, is also called The Homosassa Trail. Take a right on it, go Northeast until you hit S.R. 44 in Lecanto. Take a right about half a mile. Take a left on C.R 491. Go through Beverly Hills to Holder where you take a left (North) on U.S. 41 to Citrus Springs. Citrus Springs Boulevard South is on the left just a mile North of Holder and there's no need to go to the main entrance of Citrus Springs which is located a few miles North.

Another alternative is to take U.S.19 all the way to Red Level, North of Crystal River, and then take C.R. 488 East to S.R.41 in Dunnellon. Go South on U.S. 41 past the Citrus Springs main entrance until you see Citrus Springs Blvd. South on your right. Dr. Andrew Petrella

 

 

Tampa

Take I-75 North to the Wildwood exit.

 

Hernando County

From East Hernando County: Take U.S. 41 North through Floral City, Inverness, Hernando, and Holder to Citrus Springs. Citrus Springs Boulevard South is on the left just a mile North of Holder and there's no need to go to the main entrance of Citrus Springs which is located a few miles North.

From Central Hernando County: Take C.R. 491 North through Lecanto, Beverly Hills to Holder where you take a left (North) on U.S. 41 to Citrus Springs. Citrus Springs Boulevard South is on the left just a mile North of Holder and there's no need to go to the main entrance of Citrus Springs which is located a few miles North.

From West Hernando County: See Clearwater!

 

 

Orlando

Take the Turnpike North to I-75 where it ends near Wildwood. Continue North on I-75 to the Wildwood exit.

 

Sumter/Lake Counties

From North Sumter County and most of Lake County: Take S.R 44 West to the Wildwood exit on I-75

From Central and South Sumter: Take S.R. 48 West through Bushnell to Floral City in Citrus County. At the only traffic light take a right (North) on U.S. 41 through Inverness, Hernando, and Holder to Citrus Springs. Citrus Springs Boulevard South is on the left just a mile North of Holder and there's no need to go to the main entrance of Citrus Springs which is located a few miles North.

 

 

Ocala

For most people in Ocala or East thereof it would be convenient to take C.R 200 South into Citrus County. A few miles South of the border you take a right on C.R. 491 toward Beverly Hills and Lecanto. However, in Holder take a right at the caution light, go North about a mile until you spot Citrus Springs Blvd. South on your left.

For some it may be more convenient to take S.R 40 West until it intersects U.S. 41 near Rainbow Springs. Take a left (South), go through Dunnellon into Citrus County and on to Citrus Springs, past the main entrance until you see Citrus Springs Blvd. South on your right.

 

Gainesville

One option is to take I-75 South to Ocala, or all the way to Wildwood
An alternative is to go to Williston in Levy County and pick up U.S. 41 South. Go through Dunnellon into Citrus County and on to Citrus Springs, past the main entrance until you see Citrus Springs Blvd. South on your right.

 

 

Levy County

From the West part of the county you'd take U.S. 19 South to Inglis, S.R. 40 East to Dunnellon and S.R 41 South to Citrus Springs. However, if you live close to, or North of Gulf Hammock, you may want to take the shortcut from Gulf Hammock taking C.R. 336 Southeast to S.R. 40, then East to Dunnellon and South on U.S. 41 to Citrus Springs.

From the Eastern part of the county you'd not be far from U.S. 41. Going South it will take you all the way through Dunnellon to Citrus Springs.

 

 

Wildwood Exit on I-75

Go west on S.R. 44 which takes you into Inverness where it merges with U.S. 41 to form Main Street. Entering Inverness take a right on 41/44 through town. Stay on 41 (right lane) when the roads split and go North through Hernando and Holder to Citrus Springs.
